Designed as a private sanctuary, the sparkling pool serves as the focal point, framed by two graceful foxtail palms whose sculptural trunks and feathery canopies create a resort inspired backdrop. A contemporary curved sofa softens the clean architectural lines, offering an inviting space for conversation and relaxation while echoing the organic forms found throughout the landscape. Grass lined diamond pavers add texture and visual rhythm, blending lush greenery with crisp geometry for a fresh, sophisticated finish.

The covered lanai blends modern comfort with lush Florida elegance, featuring oversized lounge chairs dressed in crisp white Sunbrella cushions and a built in fireplace framed by a trellis of vibrant dark pink Florida roses. A substantial round concrete coffee table anchors the space, providing a sculptural surface for beautifully crafted glassware, cocktails, and effortless outdoor entertaining.

Inspired by the playful poolscapes of Palm Beach and Palm Springs, the pool features a striped tile waterline, diamond patterned shellstone decking edged in turf, and a serene integrated spa framed by built in planters filled with graceful foxtail palms. The adjoining outdoor kitchen pairs a jade inspired waterfall countertop with a built in Traeger smoker and beverage fridge, while a contemporary curved sofa and whimsical striped scalloped umbrellas create an effortlessly chic retreat for entertaining under the Florida sun.
