Tucked within the North Tampa, Odessa landscape, this 3560 square foot Florida Veranda home arrived at Stately House with a singular ambition: to cultivate a sense of nostalgia. The owners imagined a residence that felt instantly lived in, warm, colorful, and quietly charming yet refined enough to grow with their family. Above all, they sought a place where their three children could root their happiest memories.

From the very first sketches, Maria Dudzik, Principal Designer of Stately House shaped the home from the ground up, ensuring every detail contributed to that emotional tapestry. The result includes not only thoughtfully curated interiors, but also a playful, light filled pool designed as a daily invitation for the family to gather, unwind, and simply be together.

Foyer

Bathed in natural light beneath soaring two story ceilings, the foyer welcomes guests with a thoughtfully curated gallery wall of original art, including a striking photograph of Venice, Italy, while cathedral lined windows frame views of swaying palm trees beyond. A modern white console with a sculptural shell shaped shelf, styled with a vintage 1980s vase shaped candle, layers contemporary design with collected character, setting an elegant tone from the moment you arrive.

Stairwell

A staircase transformed into a design statement, where handcrafted Cuban tile introduces rich pattern and a subtle nod to the native Florida palm frond. Ebony solid oak stair treads provide a grounding contrast, balancing the intricate motif with warmth, depth.

Dining Room

Bathed in natural light, the dining room is defined by a statement tapestry wall, elegant crown molding, and a Carrara marble dining table surrounded by a thoughtful mix of bouclé and solid oak chairs. Sophisticated yet welcoming, the layered textures and timeless materials create an inviting setting for memorable gatherings and elevated everyday dining.

Living Room

With soaring two story ceilings framed by Parisian inspired applied wall molding, the living room balances timeless architecture with effortless elegance, anchored by a perfectly scaled 1920s vintage brass and glass chandelier. A palette of creamy whites, soft grays, and gentle greens is complemented by sculptural shell shaped lounge chairs, a subtle nod to its Florida setting that brings warmth, refinement, and a sense of whimiscal.

Kitchen

Floor to ceiling subway tile envelops the commercial range and hood, while a sprawling twelve foot island topped with marble look quartz and a dramatic waterfall edge anchors the kitchen with both beauty and function. Dark modern cabinetry is balanced by a vintage buffet for serving meals during gatherings, creating a space that feels equally suited for elevated entertaining and everyday living.

Cocktail Room

Wrapped in chinoiserie wallpaper, the cocktail room pairs a dramatic Nero marble table with rust colored velvet swivel chairs and a curved bouclé sofa, creating a layered mix of elegance and comfort. Designed for intimate gatherings, it's the perfect setting for cocktails and light conversation with girlfriends.

Movie Den

Color drenched in a rich shade of green, the movie den is enveloped in applied wall molding, a striking black and white striped tile floor, and wallpaper that reflects the surrounding cypress trees, blurring the line between indoors and out. Moody yet inviting, it is a cozy retreat designed for immersive movie nights and quiet moments of escape.
